Before becoming an entrepreneur Frances was emotionally reactive. She wasn’t sleeping and was drinking lots each night to relax. Frances was struggling to figure out how to escape the 9-5, she needed inspiration from somebody who had done it already, but she was stuck surrounded by corporate colleagues.
Not knowing anyone who was an entrepreneur she didn’t know where to start. She ended up fighting with herself to keep going to make herself stay in her job because she thought that was what she wanted. It took a big jolt for her to make the change (heads up! don’t wait!)
