Refund Policy

1 The Service Provider offers a full no questions asked refund policy within the first 14 days of any coaching program being purchased.

2 The Client has the right to request a refund up to 14 days from the first payment being made.

3 Any time after the 14 days period it will be deemed that the Client has started taking action on creating the foundations for their business and has adequately used and had access to the coaching materials provided (if applicable).

4 If a refund is requested the Service Provider asks that all coaching materials downloaded as resources be removed from the Client’s laptop, computer or other device used to access the Client Portal.

5 The Client will be asked to offer feedback as to the reason for cancelling so the Service Provider can make any necessary adjustments and/or improvements to future coaching programs and coaching materials.
