Who are you serving and how?

When we start a new business we get excited to get going, but that excitement can soon fizzle out if we don’t start making progress. Quite often the lack of progress is due to the foundations not being strong enough. Have you taken a look at what your financial goals are and if what you offer is in alignment with that goal? Is it what you client wants? Perhaps you aren’t clear on who your ideal client is and so by talking to everyone in the room no-one understands exactly what it is you do.
